So I’ve once again taken on the challenge of taking a photo a day for the entire year. I completed the project once in 2010 and I was really proud of the result. When Megan forced suggested that I join the 30 day Photo Challenge, I jumped at the chance.

30 days flew by.

It was fun to watch everyone who was playing along and it made me think that doing photo challenges would be an easy way to complete the 366 project. I started searching for some fun ones and thought… you know what the world needs? A FRIENDS themed photo project. Such a thing doesn’t exist because no one has quite the awesome brain that I do so I sent my Chandler a text with the idea and then… the Friends Photo Challenge was born.

If you think some of the days might be hard, that’s the great thing about this. Get creative. If you can connect anything to Friends, you’re pretty much doing life right.

34 more days until Pitchers and Catchers

To be placed in the new California Adventure entrance area.

Nic and I were bad bloggers and only took pictures with our phones.

It was number 28 of this post that said something amazing would be coming together soon.

Well it did.

And it was awesome.

The kids didn’t fight. The adults had a blast together. The weekend was a success.

Now that we’re all back home, we sit, and we wait as we’ve become accustomed to. Patiently waiting for our futures to start, for moving vans, for helping each other unpack and get settled into our lives, for 5 bedroom houses.

One day pictures like that won’t be an event, but instead an ordinary Saturday.

It’s going to happen. She deserves it. So do our amazing men. So do our awesome kids.

So do I.
